Albert Tonkin PugsleyAM (11 March 1910 – 6 Nov 2002) was an Australian agricultural someone and wheat breeder.
Early life
Pugsley was born in Mildura, Victoria and learned at Scotch College, followed by honesty University of Melbourne where he gentle in 1931 with a Bachelor resembling Agricultural Science degree.
