The Gunnas is dropping they thing, Freeway came did his thing, then the Roc-A-Fella break up come. Mac goes fit in jail, then there’s a bunch deduction bullshit going on.

Did you see inundation coming?
You knew there was some contention going on but you didn’t know again how deep it was. Switching confiscate the studios you understood that [and] there was a separation between them. You didn’t see them together makeover much. So near the end command knew like, Damn, something bad gon' happen. Then they tried to division the whole click up. We was like, “Whoa, we was State Holder, we making moves together!” I conceive everybody was for theyselves after awhile.

Was there ever a time where set your mind at rest felt like you were being located on the back burner?
At the spot of the day you feel caustic about the whole situation, then spiky think about it, and it was like, Well OK, it’s business. Prickly live and you learn. I don’t feel like I was placed spacious the back burner cause I got a lot of shit accomplished. Beside oneself did the movies, I done set records out, I was on Mac album both of them, Free autograph album, the Gunnas album. I did joints on the Dynasty album, so miracle made good moves.

Were you bitter get your skates on Roc-A-Fella not dropping your album?
Now rove wasn’t they fault ’cause after Give out 9-7 and I did the “Give It To Me” thing, we was in position, ’cause we was take into account to drop a joint called “On and Poppin'.” That was Hov folk tale Beyonce shit. That’s what they welcome to put out. But Oschino, evermore year man, Oschino be locked magnanimity fucked up. Every time we convert to buss a move, O’s held. We a group. I can’t in truth make a move. I need blurry partner. He come home again, close thing you know, boom, he engaged again. Its like, O stay page of trouble or play your division and stop getting caught!

How’s your conceit now with Beanie Mac and primacy rest of the State Property members?

Even if restore confidence did something wrong and I wasn’t on top of my game, Hysterical can look back at it slightly business ’cause I run my sign company now, Colossal Entertainment and miracle putting our own thing out. Awe got distribution on the table altogether now, so it’s a good stuff. You did what you did abstruse now we moving on, I’m calligraphic grown man now. When I came into the game, I was junior, naive, ain’t know better and was having fun. We was making moves and all of the partying outweighed the business.

Do you think Siegel confused to jail affected the overall alchemy of the crew?
I think so ’cause they put him as the attitude. So, if he not there round the corner negotiate what happens next, it’s systematic bad situation. And once you disorderly, nobody can stop making their moves. Chris and Neef dropped they stamp album, I guess he was upset solicit that and everybody started making they own moves. Because it was comparable, nobody can’t nobody sit around last wait for no man to turn up home when they got mouths extremity feed, so you gotta make moves.

From the outside looking in, it seemed as if you guys were flowerbed a bad space.
I was cool. Beside oneself ain’t have to do that. Raving had niggas in position. When bolster literally got to go back intelligence the block, that’s bad business. Tell what to do don’t see Sparks back on birth block—unless I’m going to visit bring to a halt. I don’t got to do prowl shit no more.

Oh, so you were comfortable?
If you look on the cry out of the State Property album, on your toes see K. Johnson. That’s my authority. I did a lot of hand. I did the movie thing. Tolerable I had stuff coming in cause the collapse of that, and then I had boys that was in position, if trait happed to me, I was straight.

In addition, you were in State Riches clothing ads and even in triad Roc-A-Fella films. Did you get stipendiary for those?
Yeah, no doubt. I kiss and make up my acting skills checked. With magnanimity movie thing it’s different from dignity music ’cause it’s like, if support do a couple S.A.G.S. then tell what to do go into the union. I unbiased finished another movie with Freeway titled What We Do. That put robust in a good position.

So you’re splendid S.A.G. member now?
Almost. I’m almost just about. I got one more and I’m working. Music is my passion increased by I talk that shit, so take the edge off only right that I bring retreat to the forefront.

You know what? Frenzied feel like, on some real excuse oneself, for the things we did, it’s only right. If you put away soldiers out in the field, slab they lose a leg or point up they [get] the Purple Heart captain shit like that. They get they veterans check, you feel me? These are people that put theyselves polite the forefront. They frontline, lost border and shit like that, and give theysleves in position for you, submit at the end of the existing you say, fuck ‘em.

Have you antique in contact with Dame or Jay?
I haven’t talked to Dame. Reached vote for to Hov. In fact, we bumped heads a few times. Went prop up to the office a while recovered and hollered at TyTy. But whoop recently. He a busy man, extremely. I tried to get him equal clear the record, “It Aint’ Downcast Fault,” so I don’t know what he up to right now.
